Teacher Guidance - It is important to adopt an open-minded approach to learning to practice Tranquil Wisdom Insight Meditation (TWIM), If you are new to TWIM, mixing other meditation techniques and methods have been shown to inhibit progress in the stages of medittation. Full dedication and engagement in the course has been shown to result in experiencing the goal as described by the Buddha.
